What counts as a seat?
Each recruiter, manager or admin who logs in to the platform. Client and candidate portal users are always free.
Do candidates or clients count as seats?
No. Portal users are free on every plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes, two months free: $990 per seat per year for Professional and $1,990 for Agency.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Records over the new plan's limits become read-only, and you can still view and export everything.
